Most single-room or sofa jobs take around 45–90 minutes. Larger jobs take longer depending on the area, fabric and level of soiling.

Typical drying time is around 2–6 hours with normal ventilation. Heavier fabrics and thick carpet can take longer.

We use professional spotting treatments and remove many common stains. Some permanent dye, bleaching or fibre damage cannot be fully reversed, and we will explain this before treatment where possible.

Same-day technician availability is offered when the schedule allows. Contact us as early as possible for the best chance of a same-day slot.

We choose cleaning products according to the material and job requirements. Tell us about children, pets, allergies or sensitivities before the appointment so we can plan the service appropriately.

Please remove small items and valuables from the area. For larger furniture, we can discuss what can safely be moved when the booking is confirmed.
